DAVID WARE, the owner and host, is a well travelled English Gentleman, who has had the pleasure and opportunity of cruising all over the world on boats of all types and sizes. If you can think of a body of water anywhere, including the east and west coasts of North America, the Panama Canal and the Caribbean seas, UK, East and West Europe, the French canals and the Mediterranean Sea, the China Sea and the Baltic Sea – almost into Russia, David has been there.

A charming and affable father of two professional and amazingly talented children, and the grandfather of the darling four year old “Little Angel” (the light of his life), David is turning his lifelong passion into his new retirement lifestyle.

Using his boundless sense of humour, and the natural talents that kept him afloat throughout his 35+ years in his own successful business ventures, he will now follow his dream of living permanently on his special yacht, the MARITIME GYPSY, based in the Toronto Harbour area. David’s fondest life memories are his experiences on the water – with the people, the places and the journeys.
